The hotel is overall clean, has views of the mountains all around you. Exceptionally helpful people that welcomes you in. It has a comfortable and quiet location very close to Kentucky and the attractions in Cherokee. And it's by Oconaluftee River. No complaints whatsoever here, I can recommend.
